I’m from Baltimore and I can vouch for the person in the second story. I can tell you MLK Blvd is in better condition now, but there are occasionally incidents of crime within the area. I will however tell you some areas you guys should avoid if you come to Baltimore. They include Sandtown-Winchester, Park Heights, and Edmondson Village.

It's crazy how every MLK Blvd is a nightmare to walk down. My car broke down on MLK in Tacoma. I was practically hiding down near my gas pedal while waiting for my friend to come rescue me. There was no way I was about to walk anywhere.

That moment when Phil took a detour into the woods gave me chills-I feel like I’ve heard way too many stories that start just like this and end in something horrifying. The way your gut instinct kicked in but your brain tried to rationalize it is so real. It’s scary how often people ignore red flags because they don’t want to seem rude or overreacting. Glad you got out safe, but damn, this could’ve gone so much worse. Has anyone else ever had a moment where you knew something was wrong but tried to talk yourself out of it?
